What this site collects
I only collect two kinds of personal data: the details you submit through the contact form (name, email address, and your message), and, only if you've agreed to it via the cookie banner, anonymized usage statistics through Google Analytics.
I don't process any special categories of personal data (e.g. health, religious beliefs), and I don't use profiling or automated decision-making.

Purpose and legal basis
I process personal data to respond to messages sent through the contact form, and, with your consent, to understand website traffic and improve the site. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics cookies, and legitimate interest / pre-contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) for responding to your contact form message.
Sharing data with third parties
Contact form messages are delivered using Resend (resend.com), an email-sending service, solely to get your message to my inbox. If you consent to analytics, usage data is processed by Google Analytics (see Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy). Neither service is used to sell your data, and I don't share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw cookie consent at any time, contact me at daantenbrink@gmail.com or use the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

I may update this privacy statement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
